- Site measurement visit — our team visits your home, measures precisely, photographs all walls and service positions. Complete site document shared within 48 hours.
- 3D design presentation — photorealistic renders of every room. Colour, material and layout changes at this stage cost nothing.
- Material sample photographs — before production begins, we photograph actual plywood boards, shutter samples and hardware for your digital confirmation.
- Production progress updates — weekly factory-floor photographs showing your specific panels and assembled modules.
- Site installation updates — daily photographs and short videos during on-site installation. Raise queries in real time via WhatsApp.
- Final video walkthrough — live video via WhatsApp or Google Meet before project is considered complete.
- Written handover document — completion photographs of every room, care and maintenance guide, 1-year warranty service contact.

Onam and Christmas — The NRI Peak Seasons
Onam (August–September) and Christmas–New Year (December–January) are when NRI visits to Kerala are most concentrated. If planning a December handover, begin the design process in September or October — allowing 10–12 weeks for design, production and installation.
