Does BYTS have its own factory?
Yes. We design, manufacture and install under one company. Every module is cut, edge-banded, bored, laminated and assembled in our own Palakkad factory rather than outsourced to a sub-contractor.
Where does BYTS work?
Across Kerala and Tamil Nadu along the Palakkad–Coimbatore corridor: Palakkad, Thrissur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Pollachi and Salem. We also manage NRI projects end-to-end.
What does a modular kitchen or full-home interior cost?
Home interiors start from ₹1,400 per sq ft and modular kitchens from ₹1.2 lakh. These are indicative starting prices; a firm, itemised quote is issued after a free site measurement.
What materials do you use?
BWP (IS:710) 710-grade marine plywood as standard, with moisture-resistant shutters. It is the right specification for Kerala's humidity and monsoon.
Is there a warranty and after-sales service?
Yes. You get one year of free service, plus a clearly defined after-sales SLA agreed before installation.
I'm an NRI. Can you manage the whole project remotely?
Yes, it's a regular part of our work. We handle design approval, material sign-off and site coordination over video and WhatsApp, with a local point of contact on the ground.
