How pricing works
Most interior firms outsource their carpentry. Every hand in the chain adds a markup, and the final bill hides it. We own our factory in Palakkad, so there's no middleman between the panel and your home. Our production rates run roughly 15–20% lower than outsourced firms, and that saving goes straight to you.

As an indicative guide for 2026: a 1BHK is typically ₹3–6 lakh, a 2BHK ₹5–10 lakh, a 3BHK ₹7–16 lakh, and a 4BHK villa ₹15–35 lakh. Per sq ft, finishes run roughly ₹1,400–₹1,700 (Essentials), ₹1,800–₹2,300 (Signature) and ₹2,500+ (Luxe). These are starting ranges; your final quote is confirmed only after a free site measurement.
Because we own our production factory in Palakkad, we don't add a middleman's markup. Cutting, edge-banding, boring, laminating and assembly all happen in-house, so our production rates are meaningfully lower than firms that outsource, and that saving is passed on to you.
Our standard carcass material is BWP (IS:710) 710-grade marine plywood, chosen for Kerala's humidity and monsoon. Hardware is powder-coated soft-close hinges & channels (Hettich / Hafele grade). Premium and imported finishes are available on request and quoted separately.
